Make Your Own "Mutschli" Cheese

You will...

  • process 200 liters of milk into cheese in a Stöckli (a Swiss farmyard building) from 1741
  • get sent your personal “Mutschli” (approx. 900 g) to your home after 1.5 months of ageing time (only possible to an address within Switzerland)
  • enjoy a typical Swiss apéro with specialities from the Emmental region
